Yes, dan foord from sikth is very good, I think the production on their album is dissappointing though. The "Let the transmitting begin..." ep had a much crisper yet rawer and definately more metal...

Ha, too right. My first time in a studio we didn't do that, and the guy recording was obviously quite amateur as he didnt mention it either. It was a pain in the ass later, with the guitars.

Blake Richardson

Has anyone else heard of this guy? He's the drummer for Glass Casket, his way of matching a variety of different beats to each riff, ranging from complex polyrhythms to scarily accurate blast beats...

good call whoever mentioned blake richardson (between the buried and me, glass casket) that guy is sick as a sick thing. the way he matches a sucession of beats to each riff in glass casket is...
