That's too fast for my ears. Try converting the song to mp3 (http://www.youtube-mp3.org/) and play it in VLC player (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html). You can reduce the tempo there.

I found this amazing electronic drum set solo by Issah Contractor a while ago. It shows that electronic drums really are a different kettle of fish, since you can harness both rhythm and melody....

Yes, BUT Drumeo wrapped many of those videos into courses on particular topics. And that makes it much more structured and manageable than Youtube, I think.

I think this discussion has become too much Jared Falk-focused. Drumeo doesn't equal him. Drumeo has over 80 instructors and most of the courses are taught by people other than Jared.
