my paradiddles really sucked until i realised that I held the stick in the left hand further back then my right which made bouncing harder and keeping them at the same sound level real hard.

I got two questions, when I wanna do a loud buzzroll I really tense up my lover arm as I really squeeze tight to the stick to get those bounces.
Is it just practice and focus on loosening the grip?...

Hi this is my first post here! My main instrument is guitar but the past six months i have practised drums extremely much, its funnier than guitar at the moment, jamming funk grooves with my brother...
