Well I really feel in love with the sound of short height toms. They sound like they have more attack, really amazing.
So my kit is a Tama Swingstar with 12" and 13" toms and a 16" floor...

position (German, American, French grip) depends on which cymbal/drum I want to hit and depends on the dynamic I'm using.

Well mine didn't. But in the back of the book it shows the forewords by Virgil Donati, Dom Famularo and Jim Chapin and it also describes the extreme drumming DVD, but doesn't contain the DVD.

You can get most out of your practice if you invest in quality. Even if you'd have only 20 minutes... it doesn't matter. The thing is you don't have to practice everything in that specific hour...
