Re: Help! Bass drum tension rods keeps loosening.

I actually just tried the teflon tape, i'll see how that works. As far as Pearl goes, i've never had a problem with any of their products. I have three Masters kits and couldn't be happier with them.

Re: DDRUM DIATON...opinions?

I almost bought the same kit before building my own acrylic kit. The reason your lugs are slightly offset is because of inacurate drilling. The guy selling these told me they were cheap due to slight...

Re: Letting others play your drums at gigs

I used to host an open jam night 3 or 4 years ago. One night a drummer sits in on my kit and in the middle of the song starts bashing the hell out of my splash cymbals. I walked on stage and motioned...

Re: Superbowl Halftime - Zak Starkey

The badges were obviously DW, the lugs were Pacific Platinum series, and i'm sure any drum company would make an acrylic kit for a high profile band especially if they are going to be played at the...

Re: how can a beginner drummer find a band

If you are of age, you can go to bars etc that host open jams. Check out your local music scene. If you are young , lets say in your teens, there are usually all ages shows. mingle with the kids...

Re: Setup / Gear Tips for Those of Us Fighting Back Pain?

You have to look at Drumming as a sport in a sense. It is crucial that we stretch really well before we play. Positioning of the throne is important. Don't reach any further than you have to. Also...

Re: Cant decide between Ddrum and Sonor
