Yep, you want the snare slanted when using tradional grip for rim shots, otherwise you end up with a contorted body.

It's four measures with two added beats. In your mind, you can add the two extra beats at the front, or the end. Or, if you're like me, I never count anything, ever, anyway.

Right, they were all different and all inovative in their time. Krupa probably wouldn't have been as effective for Zeppelin, and Bonzo might not have been the entertainer that Krupa was.

Jeff Hamilton's cymbals sound awesome, as does the rest of his fat sounding kit. And he's playing here in a few weeks, can't wait!!!!
