In some cases, due to several reasons, the covered band music would sound much better than the original version.

One time Bush played wild horses by the stones in a Jay Leno show...it sounded much...

depends.......sometimes the producer get fired if he/she doesnt agree with what the band expects unanimously and the producer wants something else.....

Keith Moon was the first drummer in the rock history to play the way he wanted in a song and he was so lucky to have the other members and the producers liked the way he played and he never got...
