I'd say 70s as it has the lock fast tom mount but it also has disappearing spurs suggesting the earlier part of the 70s although premier were/are renound for recycling parts from earlier models!

I'd almost certainly say that it's an Olympic. Really underrated drums as they had exactly the same shells as the premier kits of the day, just less chrome work.

The best way to tell if it is a resonator is to check in side the shells to see if they have the resonator skin inside, if you can't see all the fittings inside it is, if not it's an elite. Same...
