The answer will be the same by everyone. Start very slowly at 40BPM, and play the right foot on the up beat.

Just gave it a quick go, and I seem to be getting there. My left foot is very weak though, so I need to work on it. Do you suggest I work on heel down with my left, or straight with the heel raised....

I started at 40BPM 16th notes, trying to make all the notes as even as possible. Alternating between left foot lead and right foot lead....
