Moeller technique without a doubt while learning at drum college in the UK. Hands and feet transformed in little more than a few weeks! Remarkable and very satisfying!!

Mmm...tricky one! Guitar = two hands plus maybe a foot for electric triggers etc. Whereas drums are four limbs most of the time so...I'd say Drums takes it in the generally harder stakes.

Basically, to avoid calf cramp in your bass drum leg, set the height of you drum throne to be at a right angle in the knee joint when you play at the Kit/Set AND learn Moeller technique to relieve...

I suggest you get to grips (no pun intended) with the Moeller technique. For feet there are really only three strokes - toe, heel and 'up'/toe. They work with a forward motion from heel to toe that...
