I knew...

Re: Who's the fastest drummer on Drummerworld?

I agree with all of this...... you need speed, tightness, CREATIVITY, and something different.

Re: Who's the fastest drummer on Drummerworld?

Re: Who's the fastest drummer on Drummerworld?

Re: Who's the fastest drummer on Drummerworld?

In response to mandrew, your reply doesn't need a reply either. but here goes

Because its so far down on your list, you think it doesn't matter and no one is concerned with it. I get that. But...

Re: Who's the fastest drummer on Drummerworld?

this is a neat idea... set up a few threads.... have the first post constantly updated with rankings.

you could have everyone set a click/metronome and compete..

I would LOVE to see the double...

Re: How often do you break/drop your sticks?

I used to break a few sticks every time I would jam with the band..
It was a combination of bargain sticks and hitting to hard. seriously, those huge packs of sticks for dirt cheap are not worth...

Re: Oh no! Not another double bass question!

Re: Heel-toe: bass pedal tension?

Re: Flattening toms?

The...

Re: Was Lars' double-bass on the track Dyers Eve a fraud?

I've given up caring about how bands record. these days, all I care about is a good song. Because that takes talent.. or a good live performance.

My friend owns a studio and I help him out alot. ...

Re: Flattening toms?

I have a 20 inch kick now so i can get my toms lower and flatter. use mounts off my cymbal stand.

Id never go full flat to avoid rim shots.. but flatter helps me play faster, and if i can have...
