If the sound is right for your ears and the music you play, then yes. If you're never going to be happy with the sound after putting on new heads and proper tuning, then no.

I always have a box of these in my truck. They last me a good while. I use them for everything. Shooting, loud shows, cutting grass, practicing, teaching. They are invaluable.
