For me one of the benefits of being directed to Drummerworld has been learning more about the drummers,[and bassists, etc.], that I had been 'listening to' with out realising...

For me it's kind of like the Olympics. I'm happy to be amazed at what's possible. But my ears become fatigued after a while; and I'll need to 'ground' myself.
