Right now i use German grip for my singles strokes ( Palms down) and for my doubles i use French (Thumb on stick). Im doing it...

Any creative way or do i just have to do them alot?
I did that with paradiddles and it was fine but the single/double stroke is , in essence, much more simpler as a paradiddle so it gets really old...
