I use the tama tension watch, works wonders.
and I use a program melodyne to help tune to the perfect note. but the pitch pipe sounds cool also.

he is great but its just like watching a young Chambers, he doesnt have a unique style, I would rather watch chambers then watch someone who sounds like a young version.
And he is not so young...

he is a solid drummer I will give him that but he has never evolved. Never anything thing more interesting from one album to the next and as part of a band that influenced a lot of early metal...
