polyrythems are just playing separate time signatures with different limbs at the same time. for good examples of this, listen to Meshuggah, Tomas Haake uses them all over the place

the first part is just flams on the toms and singles on the snares alternating. the second part is just double drops with the bass drums.

you have to sit up straight and not lean over, it's bad for your back, and better for your technique. it gives you more endurance too.

yes. it's making you have more speed, power, endurance, and precision by blasting with one foot. then what you need to do is alternate feet. blast with your right foot for awhile, then switch off to...

i was doing a solo on a store drum kit and i hit a crash cymbal above the ride. it then fell to the left and hit another, and another, etc. going around the kit, each cymbal came down one by one lol....

I believe that is real. all singles. that's how black and death metal drummer do it mostly. he's probably just tapping it though, but it's real alright.
