I am running a wire between the TD4 sound module and the microphone-in 3.5 mm plug.
What does "input level" mean?
If you mean that I've been trying to lower the volume - then yes, I have done that...

Here is the problem.

All of the DAWs you have listed are very expensive - and there is no guarantee that they will work with the V-Drums.
I have as of now tried 3 different DAW and they outright...

There is one finding a solution to your problem, albeit it being a slightly more expensive one but MUCH more dynamic and flexible...

I have a digital drumkit in my apartment. (Roland V-Drums TD4-KX2 if you must know)

I would like to soundproof it towards the floor since it seems that it still makes somewhat too much...
