Re: Drum software question.

No, it's the one on the Remo, DW, Pearl, Zildjian, or Sabian websites. You download and install it onto your computer, and it has thousands of drum and cymbals pictures.

Hey all --

I used to use a program that allows drummers to design kits on their computer and save them as pictures. Does anyone remember what this software is called or where I can download it? ...

Hey there Derek.

Nice to see a fellow Meinl endorser and metal player. I have been a fan of yours for a couple years now, and you have been an inspiration for my playing. I've been in various...

Thanks for your great DVD and your intelligent insight into drumming. From "Turning your kit into your ally" to just "Tuning" and using a dang shaker on your hi hats, You have changed the way I see...

Re: Danny Carey

Well, he's a big Bozzio-ite; as am I.

He's one of my favorite metal drummers. Everything this guy does is solid. Love Tool, and I would love to see him do a side-project with other talented...

Re: tell me who is the best metal drummer!

If you really like fast, and you really like HEAVY, you should check out Virgil Donati. Watch him with Vai, if you don't dig the big progressive stuff. I love him with Planet X. If you're a big...

Re: tell me who is the best metal drummer!

Are you saying Virgil Donati isn't metal, even though he's played with 2 progressive metal bands (Steve Vai and Planet X)??

Re: Joey Jordison

I gotta agree with Corey on this one. Even though he does a lot of similar stuff in his songs, he truly does bring something to the table for metal drummers. He's great live, and a phenomenal...

Re: Joey Jordison

I've seen Slipknot live 4 times in 5 years, and one thing remains. Joey is extremely fast and talented. Sid is a crazy mo-fo who loves to dive off of stuff. Corey Taylor is an impressive vocalist...
