do you listen to hardcore punk? some of the more modern stuff gets a bit more original and complex. stuff like 'Comeback Kid' and 'Your Demise' awesome bands with a contemporary spin on hardcore punk.

I looked at the classifieds in music shops. I eventually had look with joinmyband.co.uk I think it's a Uk thing though. Just search the web for band joining sites.

Not too sure about this but just make sure they're packed properly in a cardboard box with plenty of packaging. I bought a 20" Wuhan China off eBay and the guy sent it wrapped just in bubble wrap...

Yeah I started off on Dave Grohl; Nirvana and Tenacious D, as well as Guns n Roses and anything in the charts that caught my ear (a lot of stuff in the charts isn't complex)
