Re: Yamaha drum kit, need advice.

Those are very well made drums, I had a set of those for about 5 years. Sold them for $500.00. Birch and mahogany shells. Sounded great. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Re: Brand Loyalty

With me it's not so much loyalty but rather what I'm used to. I have been playing Yamaha for years and I like their hardware. I would rather have my toms on the bass drum and with Yamaha mounts it...

Re: Q Drums Vs. DW

Makes a lot of sense Larry. I picked up a set of Magstar (Keller maple shells) for $500.00 and they sound great. I can leave them in the car and not worry too much about anything happening to them....

Re: What's your story about how you started drumming?

February 9, 1964 Beatles on Ed Sullivan. I was hooked. But I started out wanting to be a guitarist. My buddies my brother and I used tennis rackets for guitars and boxes for drums. My younger...

Re: Snow in New England

Thanks Sky. At least it's February and not December. Colts are on their way to the top again. Luck is a great QB. As long as you have good ownership and coaching.

Snow in New England

If I practiced as much as I shoveled, raked my roof with a snow rake and snow blowed my property the last three weeks I'd be doing clinics :-) No more snow, bring on the Spring. And this is before...

Re: Ebay dissapointment

I purchased many items off ebay and only once did I have an issue which ebay took care of.

The seller really does not want negative feedback, especially if he has a 100% feedback score. Have you...

Re: Best snares on the market
