Hi all

just a quick question for you all , I've recently purchased the abrsm tuned percussion grade 3 book , I've had a scout around online and realized you have to do a snare or timpani grade...

Oh btw the sheet music has the + written on the last note of the triplet not the 2nd , if you write the triplet count above each note including the rests , this will help you , to attempt this you...

yes thats right , if you think of every beat as a triplet , 1and a 2and a etc etc the a of each triplet is the last note the plus sign is the 2nd nopte of a triplet i.e 1+a , 2+a ....its hard to...

hi there , i would count it in my head like this , ( even though joe improvises a lot during this) ,

1 , 2a , 3a , 4a, 5+a , i would also play the hi hat on 2 and 4 , doesnt look like its...

does anyone know of a glue to re-attach a bass drum ring onto the reso head ? its just a metal ring where the head has been cut that goes around the outside of the bass drum mic hole.
