Has anyone ever seen or noticed grommet spacers of this time period of supers having 2 standard washers as grommet spacers? I'll try to get a pic up later.

I recently offered $700 for a similar kit maybe not pre serial with a lot more pitting on the hardware than this kit, no inlay on the hoops and just 2 sets of console holes and a pretty rusty Rogers...

I just put some 12 strand pure sound snare wires on a 1960 400. Sounds really fat. sometimes i think more strands tend to choke a drum, although on these they are supposed to have 12 strand wires. i...
