OK....so over the last 2 days, I've done 4x20 min practise sessions. I'm playing at 80bpm (supposedly). I'm fine when playing any 2 items together, but when I add the 3rd, I speed up and then lose...

So I've just won my first drum kit on ebay.

Any tips or advice most welcome, on what I should and shouldn't be doing. Things that I need to have, eg: drum key, etc. Also, any free online guides...
