Dang,

To me this 1-trip-let 2-trip-let... counting is little clumsy. I use Indian syllables
ta-ki-ta or ta-ke-ta, I found this is smoother way of counting.

I'm not familiar with these kind of exercises. Could somebody help and write down
an example in detail, please. Feet doing singles or doubles or what? And hands doing what? I don't get it.
