i find it impossible to play anything heels down, but i can get about 185-190bpm heels up. i've only been playing double-bass a year now but i would definatly recommend learning heels up for speedy...

i went to a trivium gig on friday 10th march and it was the best gig i've seen, the drum solo was absolutly fantastic! incredible speed on double-bass and incredible technique. one of my favourite...

practice. honestly, i felt the same way, but i've been going for about 4 months or so with the pedal, and i'm OK with it now. Start slow and speed up when you feel comfortable

thats happening to me. with my double stroke roll i found that if i practice solid for a week or so, whenever i have a few minutes, and leave it for a bit, it suddenly comes to me

i've been using a double-bass pedal for a few months or so now and i'm makng fairly good progress
