if youre using a 16 floor tom go for a 12. it will be much better and it will be easier to tune.

i own toms that are 8 10 12 14 16 and a bass that is 22. 4 inches between two toms is best

Background:

I am a touring drummer and I am in need of a professional snare. My entry level won't cut it anymore. Literally.

I am looking for a snare drum that provides heavy amounts of attack....

your right i was just saying that they were somehow in the same building manufacturing or not and that it wasnt another drum company.

about the tama pearl and i forget which other companies being made in the same places it may have been true but now im sure tamas are made in the same places as Ibanez guitars, or atleast they have...

my answer is no
i say this not because i think they are bad drums but because i think there are other companies making drums that are just as good if not better than the dws for a lesser price.

i dont agree that you need one of those systems or dvds to figure out how to play fast and accurate double bass all you have to do is relax and practice and your speed will come
