I got a 4 Pc (Bass, Snare, Rack Tom, and Floor Tom) Renown for $750, i think, and i love it. I would recommend it

Yeah, i figured he doesnt use it since its discontinued and he has the treebronze and other snares. I was guessing that would be pretty close to the sound of his main snares. I guess ill take a look...

Like many people, i would not pay over 360 or so on a pedal. You should look at pedals around that range, try them out, and look at deals. Then meet with your parents tell then what you found and ask...

I got my renown about 6 months ago, and i love them! Tuning is really easy, nice sound and hardware. I am a sonor fan but, personally i like the renown series a bit more than 3007.

only thing i hate about my guitarists is... they fail to learn new songs or write songs,(they say they are going to but end up playing cover "jam" songs), i dont think one knows how to play any odd...
