What!??! Did you not get really, really bored??? The closest I did to that was hold 190bpm 16ths on the double bass pedal for half an hour straight, but....are you sure it was five hours non-stop??

To be honest, you have to just KEEP practising to songs with high tempos and plenty of 16ths on the feet. Playing heel up also makes a big difference. I've playing for almost 7 years now, and around...
