Kansas show in my hometown

There was an outdoor music fest in my hometown over the weekend and I live a block away from the venue. My family was able to enjoy the music from my parents backyard who happen to live on the block...

Tama Superstars offered in maple. The option of a virgin bass drum would be nice as well. Also I would love to see Pearl add longboards to the Eliminator.

In 4 four months I will be buying a better snare than what I am currently playing(imperialstar stock snare) and I'm narrowing it down to either a Mapex black panther Machete or the Phat Bob...

Of course it's useful, I also accent crash hits with the bass drum. I just have a natural tendency to not let it bury. That's just how my foot works. Perhaps I should concentrate on burying to accent...

When I play it is impossible for me to bury the beater. It is so natural to let the beater come back that I don't even think about it. When your ankle has the strength it will control the beater...

Thought I'd start a new thread in regards to the drum that we favor the most on our kit. Doesn't matter if it's a snare, rack, floor, or bass; what's the drum that makes you feel all giddy inside...

seating posture

I have a bad habit of hunching over when I play then I'll focus on sitting straight up. Eventually my posture will slip back to the hunched over position. How can I correct this?

Got the bass drum tuned just right. Aquarian SKII on batter and stock Tama reso. When I let the beater bounce back I can feel a pleasant tingle go through my foot to my ankle from the resonance. Oh...
