I bought a custom ordered Classic maple kit about a year and a couple of months ago. I talked directly with the same fellow at Ludwig probably about 4 times just to make sure I had everything set up...

I used to have an SC Performer kit, and I fitted it with clear Aquarian Response 2's. Sounded great. (Classic clears on the bottoms)
