Re: THE BIG KITS VS SMALL KITS DEBATE

generally, i respect all drummers as long as they play, cause it's their passion. still, however, i definitely prefer herlin riley's latest video, to terry bozzio's :).

Re: Most Under-rated Drummers

Jacek Olter. Great Polish drummer. He had many interesting musical ideas, and pretty sweet groove. Died tragically, but left some great recordings of his rhythms, which were used to resurrect him...

Re: Gene Krupa

Definitely one of the Fathers of Modern Drumming! His playing was giving the tunes this cool swing, and what's more... he was a damn fine showman!... And his parents were from Poland, so it's also my...

Re: Joe Morello

Cool! At last I have found Joe Morello's thread! He's definitely one of the greatest drummers in history, and one of the most silent heroes of jazz music in the same time. I mean... what would be...

Dude, I've got a question. Did you practice those tricks BEFORE being born? What? You've learned it? Yeah right, and I'm supposed to believe that? Oh, come on! And I'm Frederick Barbarossa. ;)

Oh,...

Re: Joey Jordison

Yeah, you're right. Sorry, maybe my statement sounded a bit awkward. I mean, that those skills are not the ONLY ones needed for good playing. For me, the emotions which flow from a drummer when he's...

Re: Joey Jordison

Hey, chill out man. Entering the hard path of fame, you gotta realise that people will criticise you, and surely guys from Slipknot were aware of this fact. You can't be mad at people who disagree...

Re: Joey Jordison
