I usually just warm up with different things to work the muscles in my hands and legs like one hand 16th note rolls at about 130bpm, then the same with feet. Then just concentrating on singles,...

had problems with this before. I sorted it out by putting the first kick of each bar as an accent to help with counting and making it a lot easier to as all i had to do is make sure that accent falls...

haha i have hit myself in the face quite a few times, never in the ear though.
Not 5 hours in a row, in like an hours warmup session then a couple of 2 hour sessions. Ye I reckon mentally tired...

I practice both but never really seen much difference between the sound and volume of the ghost notes, if your comfortable with both i don't think it makes all that much difference even though you...

Think she is more of a time keeper than anything, not really much technical or interestin stuff goin on, just keepin it all steady, like a live metronome. But i still think the producing and the drum...
