Don't know if there's really a name for the setup, but the toms are centered and much lower. Maybe that's what he was going for. Thinking outside the box can be a very good thing.

I have played a setup like that for the past several years. Very ergonomic and fast to get around. Thinking outside the box can be a very liberating thing. Pulls my toms in lower and closer together...

The Ludwig LM 402 has been mentioned several times. If it was good enough for John Henry Bonham, it's good enough for you. It's the 6.5 x 14 model. Total. Class.
