I understand the basic concept of when tuning a batter or reso side head higher or lower to one another does, but can someone break it down for me so I can truly understand it? Thanks!!

When you tune a drum with a tuner at the tension rods, it's a different tune than when you hit the center of the drum. How do you find the note of that resonant head?
