In my part of South Ontario the music scene is real good in the summer, a lot of big names come to the area within a 1 or 2 hour drive. Some festivals ,blues and rock, not as much jazz as I wish...

Nice kit, does look like a rail mount was installed originally, also extra holes near the tom mount. Maybe there was a different mount there as well..These kits are quite unique ,not a collectors ,...

I had the same problem with my 16 ft. I could never get the head[ Remo]to sit perfectly flat,always a small wrinkle to deal with.I sanded the high spot down,seemed to help ,but still not perfect.

I saw Jason Bonham and his band this past summer.During intermission an old film clip of him,and his mom and dad was playing on the big screen.Jason would be about three years old at the time...

I believe those #s would mean those drums where made in the late 70s, but being 3 ply makes no sense at all ...3 ply I believe where early 70s...Steve or Harry could shed more light on

Your hard work really paid off..The 10" looks cool beside the 12".I wonder why ludwig didn't use that set up on the holywoods? I bet they sound amazing with ambassadors.Congrats on a real unique kit.
