Retuning a snare drum- low med high


I was wondering if tuning the snare drum higher or lower should be done with just the reso head, keeping the batter at the desired feel and bounce you want from the head or do you retune both...

I would have to agree... And it's a lot less frustrating than working on one technique not to mention losing attention to the detail and technique of one skill over an hour.
