You can dremel(rotary tool with cutting head) the heads off the screws and pull the lugs out and then lube the heck out of them to get them out. Pliers should work on the leftover screw at this point.

I'm with ya brothers. The biggest reason for a 24" bass drum, I'm 6'3" and around 290-300. Try finding a throne thats low enough and can hold and still be comfortable! Luckily though I'm a pounder! ...

What it boils down to MaryO, is your comfort zone. If your not gigging heavily then top dollar drums probably aren't necessary. Ludwig have always been my dream drums, and now I finally have them....

Kinda like being a kid in a candy store, what to get? My son is ten and I made him up a set up using 8X8, 10X8 rack toms, 12X12, 13X13 floors(on stand)22X16 bass drum. This is an amzing set to play...

I have a 65, 5X14 Supraphonic. I got this drum a few years ago, it is peeling badly and the throw of is pooched(tension screw is bent??!!) I hate the string style throw offs, I just don't have any...

Thanks guys, stupid mistake in photo, thats NOT the 65 snare but a ten lug user that I found for $40! No re rings on any of the drums, I've been thinking they are later 90's just wasn't sure of the...
