I believe that the badge you have on your church's Pearl kit looks like this one.

The BSX Masters Studio was introduced to the Pearl Masters lineup in 2006.
The BSX is made up of 6 plies of birch with a Delmar wrap.

You are correct, the numbers are telling you the thickness of the hoops in millimeters.

I think that $200 is a good deal for a bass drum that would have cost you $690 in 2006.
