Re: Black beauty snare wires snapped.

You need to remove the broken one and remove another one on the opposite side

If the one that broke is the 3rd from the left , remove the wire that is 3rd from the right.

Shuffle with right hand and left hand plays "tri-plet". Makes for a Swiss triplet without the flam in there.

Bring your stuff, use it , and take it with you right away. Let the other guys struggle (unless you are the one supplying the kit)

Re: Two up - 13/10/16 config - Mounting issue

How about one of those crescent shaped mounts that mounts to the kick (ludwig atlas???). Bolt it down on the left side of the kick and you'll have your two toms closer to the center of the kick. No...

Re: Two up - 13/10/16 config - Mounting issue

Hang them off slightly to the left (reminds me of family guy Star Wars) on the same stand. A 13" will be a little trickier then a 12" (heavier and bigger)

Re: Request for a transcript (J Dilla type)

Not much transcribing required on this , it is more like a feel thing.

Re: How to stop playing slightly ahead of the beat?

Getting confused now. Not sure if you are talking about playing behind/ahead as a whole or just a feel thing.

Re: Refinishing Color Yamaha Recording Custom Drum?
