Re: St Anger snare, or lid of a trash can?

Re: St Anger snare, or lid of a trash can?

Lars Ulrich Signature Snare - $949.99 CAD
Aluminum Garbage Can - $30 CAD

Getting a 30 dollar snare to sound better than the one on the St Anger Album = Priceless.

St Anger snare, or lid of a trash can?

We all know that infamous snare sound on Metallica's St Anger album. Personally, I think this garbage can lid sounds better. Now, i'm not knocking Lars, because a lot of people already do. But, that...

How To Play The Intro To Pravus.

This 4 bar phrase consist of 5/8, 6/8, and 7/8. It was pretty fun to learn, and now I may just cover this tune with a guitar player.
