If you plug your vdrums into your pc via a midi to usb cable and run it through a DAW running Superior Drummer 2.0 or something similar, they can sound really good. They still feel like crap though,...

Been listening to Miles Davis 1964 concert with Tony Williams on drums, about 10 times now(for inspiration). It's probably my fav. They way Tony plays at such a young age is unreal. Prob the best...

thanks for the feedback guys. Yeah, I'm watching jojo mayers dvd atm and practicing the thumb and index+middle finger. I'll hopefully get to record some jazz playalongs soon

If had to choose one genre of music to play drums to my whole life, it would be jazz because it's so broad a term, AND you got the improvisation, making each piece different each time...
