Thanks for the suggestions, i'll pick up Tommy Igoe's DVD this week sometime.

We happen to have a fantastic teacher locally according to people who I have asked, so that's a good start, I'll book...

Generally you need to start slow and try and get the same volume with both feet to start with, say start at 80bpm and once the body is completely comfortable, speed up 2-5bpm. Learning this gradually...
