Re: Do you still use eBay to sell your gear?

I buy and sell a few things a month and have had zero issues. The only time ebay held any money from me was when I first started selling. I sold 3 items this weekend without any problems.

My wife is very supportive of my hobby but any major purchase goes through her. I buy most of my gear by selling other gear/stuff on ebay. But, when she gets mad she does like to remind me of my 3...

Re: Bit the bullet

I got my 5X14 Brass on Brass from Interstate also. Best price out there. Only problem was it took Ludwig 7 months to make! Well worth it though. Have fun with the 6.5!

Depends on the spouse. I've been married for 7 years and have managed to acquire 2 more kits and a plethora of snares and cymbals! She is great and really supports my playing/hobby. We...

Re: This is the most elaborate cover I've ever seen on youtube.

Re: Mizzou's Big Mo Bass Drum

You again!

Ha Ha! I am at my wits end with our (Illinois) Bball and Football programs. Oh well. I am a Cardinal fan though.

Re: What to drink during/after playing/gig?

I usually have a pint before a show and water during. If my roadie allows it, which is my wife, I will toss back a few more pints after the show!

I'm not a fan of the University of Missouri's athletics but this is pretty sweet. They are trying to raise money to build a new bass drum to replace their old one. The new one will be 9 feet in...

Re: RUSH!

That's your opinion which is fine. As I said, I am not a fan of it. Plus, I wasn't the one talking about ticket prices and not being able to see the stage. I merley said I didn't like the sound.

Yes it is. I personally don't like the sound there so I have passed up many good shows, including Rush, over the last 10 years.

Re: Ludwig Supraphonic Chrome over Ludalloy fix

That's how I feel as an Illinois Fan! I'm a season ticket holder for Illinois FB. Here is a shot of the back of Purdue's BD and each schools drumlines going after it. We killed 'em that day.

Re: 13" Pearl Export Tom Issues

Re: Rehearsed On New Medication - Not Cool At All

I quit over a year ago and used Bupropion, the generic of Zyban. Its 150mg and I took it twice a day. Worked great for me. No crazy side effects. Good Luck!
