I had to get a replacement throwarm for my old wood snare,but when i got it home,it was already broken.Lucky,i was able to exchange it,but,they didnt stock anymore of the same arm.The guy was nice...

Think what made it worse was that we had only rehersed once,everything was fine,then a week later i find out,then receive an e-mail a day later that it was a unanimous decision & when i did speak...
