So true... for years the speed factor was an important (if not crucial) part of my drumming practice, as well as very slow playing, but over the years I finally realised my limits in terms of speed...

Yes, Simon's session often requires overdubs and the tempo are invariably already set up, where Simon shines is getting the feel and choice... like he did on the mind blowing groove in "Give Blood"...
