Re: Mapex help

Yeah I'm with opentune, that looks like an MLX. Very nice find if so, those are the predecessors of the Masters.

Re: Double Bass Drum Futility

Ok, a few questions.

1. What kind of pedals are you using?
2. How tight is the spring tension?

Because where what pedals you use don't matter a lot (proved here:...

Re: New Drum Set

I vouch for the Pork Pie Hip Pig... downside being you would need to buy a snare. The Ludwig Signet Terabeat I think is the best deal. $1,100 for a 3 tom 1 bass setup, maple, all manufactured in...

Now, let me clarify: I am NOT seeking endorsment deals, a question came to mind during biology, and I am curious.

Anyways, here it is. Say I or somebody has an endorsement deal with Tama and uses...

Re: Drummers who've inspired your playing

Just because there aren't any good "new post" right now:
1. Tomas Haake (Meshuggah)
2. Billy Rymer (TDEP)
3. Sean Reinert (Cynic, Death)
4. Gene Hoglan (SYL, Death)
5. Matt Halpern (Periphery)

Hey guys
So I'm finally deciding to upgrade from my Ludwig Accent that I've had for 8 years, and through vigorous looking, I've decided between these two. I do know they are the Taiwan made Pork...

Re: What's the Hardest Position to Fill in a Band?

I'm having trouble finding a singer.
