i have a pdp mx which is a maple kit and i love it, the m5 replaced it i believe 1 or 2 years ago but anyways i love the look of pdp's and the maple sounds nice if u put some evans ec2s they shorten...

Need help picking out a drumset for my youth group.....

My youth church has old roland v drums that are not good at all so finally we got about $1000 for drums, hardware, and cymbals. Im gonna be helping pick them out so i was thinking for the drums...

thanks i downsized my kit to a 5 piece and im startin to be creative now with my fills and stuff. I played for about 2 hours and it didnt get boring :) so thanks guys :)

yea pearl visions are great kits for the money also check out pdp fs, gretsch catalina maple, u might like them as well..... also check used like ebay or craigslist....good luck

I'd have to say no because i got a pdp mx (same kit different finish) back in october for $350 for a shell pack. Guitar center was having a huge sale on it since its discontinued and i had to get it....

i have a pdp mx theyre discontinued now but if u can find one they are awesome i got a 5 piece shell pack for $360 it was a floor model at gc but in mint condition. They sound great
