I've ordered a couple of cymbals from them in the past and had no problem with packing or damage or anything like that, and like you said, way cheaper too.

He doesn't actually mount his toms on the rack. He has a separate stand that is in-between his hi-hat stand and his bass drum...right behind his snare stand.

I have a Medicine Man snare drum...5x14. It sounds great and is LOUD. It really cuts through. I recommend them.

I myself have almost completely copied Jose Pasillas' kit. I am lacking two of the ten cymbals, but besides that our kits are almost identical..I mean, different finishes, but set up the exact same....

This is right on. When I am playing more frequently than I do better. If I have gone weeks without playing, I am rusty and don't feel as comfortable.

Chad Smith is one crazy guy. I saw video of him kicking over his bass drum and then in a different set throwing his floor tom out onto the stage.
