Big Band Bass Drum Technique

Hey Guys,

I was just wondering about the way the bass drum is traditionally played in a big band setting. Is it mostly used just as a timekeeping device (playing on all the quarter notes), while...

The New Breed and the Importance of Singing

Hey everyone,

I've been working quite a bit the past two or three months out of the New Breed- Gary Chester's mind-destroying coordination-builder. Although I've been taking the systems really...
