Re: Lars Ulrich

After some time I discovered that Lars...

Re: My Snare Buzzes too much.

They look even to me.

I had a dream...

Re: My Snare Buzzes too much.

It's only when I hit the snare drum. If I hit the center of the head, it sounds ok, no buzz. When I hit the edges it buzzes.

I hit the edges to play latin grooves or ghost notes.

My Snare Buzzes too much.

I bought a Skyntone head and placed it on my Snare Drum. It sounds ok if tuned properly, but when I hit the edge of the snare drum it buzzes like crazy. How can I reduce this effect?

I read that...

Re: What do you think about the DW Drums Logo?

That's the challenge of logo design.

Time for interesting facts!

The tipography (type of letter) with wich the logo was made, is the Bauhaus 39. It was created during the 1930s, at a German...

I'm a graphic designer and I find the DW logo to be a very interesting one.

But before posting interesting facts about it, tell me what you think about it. It would be interesting to see if...

Re: Ego and drumming

Well, ego should be balanced.

If you don't have any ego, and you don't trust yourself, you won't be able to play anything. You'll get up in the stage and think "I can't play, I suck, I won't play...

Re: John Otto

John Otto was part of what inspired me to play the drums back when I was 13 years old (2002-2003. I allready had an impulse to play the drums, but this guy made that impulse stronger.) I thought he...

Re: Got fired again...help...

Dude you're a very good drummer! It was great! To be honest, the only thing that kept those awful songs "listenable" was your drumset. It's very good, you have the right groove, you make the solos...

Re: Drumsets in Orchestras?

I thought Orchestras had strings, clarinets, trumpets, flutes, trombone, percussion, not only strings or something.
